The school term is divided into four scholastic report periods of nine weeks each. Report cards are prepared and given to each student at the close of each of these periods.

An “S” grade may be used by a teacher whenever it is felt that a student is performing to full capacity, however, would be failing under normal class conditions. An “S” grade must be given prior approval in the office.
