Pre-Algebra 8 is designed to help the students be proficient on Grade 8 PSSA math exam as well as make them prepared for Algebra I.  The course will concentrate on rational and irrational numbers, exponents, linear relationships, writing linear equations, solving linear equations, graphing linear equations, and interpreting linear equations, functions, geometric transformations, Pythagorean Theorem, volume formulas of cones, cylinders, and spheres bivariate data, estimation, polynomials, system of equations,  and linear inequalities.
