Advanced Mathematics/Trigonometry

Advanced Mathematics/Trigonometry is a course designed to challenge the students and prepare them for a college level mathematics course.  The students can also choose to pay for college credit while taking the course.  The college credits are awarded by either St. Francis University or Mount Aloysius College.

Advanced Math/Trigonometry is taught to those who have successfully completed Algebra I and Algebra II.  It is taught with the hope that students will further understand the structure of the number systems, review and expand their dexterity in the manipulation of algebraic expressions and understand properties of the trigonometric functions.  Coordinate geometry and analytical geometry will be covered in detail.  This course should give the students the background they will need in Physics and more advanced math courses, such as Calculus.

Google Classroom is used greatly to deliver class materials and as a resource for the student to use to help them through the course. To view the Google Classroom click here.
