The American Hospice Foundation has a website with a section titled "Grief Zone" within the grief zone you will find informative articles on the grief of children, reaching out to grieving students, talking to children about grief and many other titles. Grief Zone offers free articles and other resources that may help you along with the grief process.

This site provides information concerning grief support after the death of a child. As stated on Compassionate Friends homepage "The mission is to assist families toward the positive resolutions of grief following the death of a child of any age and to provide information to help others be supportive." Understanding and support are offered to bereaving family members. In addition, help and guidance are provided to friends og the grieving family members.

Griefnet is an Internet Community of persons dealing with grief, death, and major loss. Within this site there are almost 50 email support groups for adults and children, a compassion site for children, memorials, a library and an extensive resource directory.

Hopeful Hearts

Hopeful Hearts is a safe, caring, and confidential place where children, along with their adults, come beside others who also know the pain, fear, sadness, and isolation that accompanies losing a loved one to death. Hopeful Hearts' support enables family members of all ages to build coping skills, faciliate positive parent-child relationships, and develop a supporitive social network. Hopeful Hearts offers support groups for children and their families located in Indiana PA.

The Highmark Caring Place helps children (and adults) understand they're not alone in their grief, provides peer support to children and familities, and provides a safe place with safe to to share grief, feelings, and memories.
