- You should have room to do the book problems on the back of the worksheet.

- You will need to utilize the Compound Interest Formula for two problems.
A = P(1 + r)^n   Where r is interest rate per period (daily) and n is number of periods (days)

1.  I have uploaded a copy of my answer key for 5.4 WS.  This way you can check your work in case you have any questions.  Because I have posted the answer key, I will not be issuing a grade for this assignment.

2.  Today's Assignment: 5.4 p. 224 # 5-21
      SHOW ALL WORK.  I want to see all of your work.  This will help me pinpoint mistakes when checking the assignment.  
      It is possible that based on the problem, I will not give credit for a correct answer without work to support it.

3.  Homework Guidance
     # 12 - initially you will likely have an answer as a fraction of a year, multiplying by 12 will convert that to number of months.
     #14 - initially you will likely have an answer as a fraction of a year, multiplying by 365 will convert that to number of days.  Then you can count past  March 1 to find the specific date.
     # 20 - Refer to Chapter 3 Notes posted in Google Classroom if you need a refresher.

Attached is the Final Exam Activity.  This will be worth 8% of your overall grade for the course.  Q1 & Q2 are each worth 46%.

I decided to post today's assignment due to the large number of absences.  With a few exceptions, I do expect everyone to take the Chapter 17 Test as planned on Monday.  We don't have much flexibility/leniency due to final activity and end of the semester.

Test Monday will also be multiple choice.  It consists of 28 questions, 3 which will be bonus, so it will be graded out of 25.  Each problem is worth 2 points for a total of 50 points.

3.  Review Assignment.  Assignment could be pulled from the Skills Review at the beginning of the textbook.  Or even possibly GMM.
