     # 12 - initially you will likely have an answer as a fraction of a year, multiplying by 12 will convert that to number of months.
     #14 - initially you will likely have an answer as a fraction of a year, multiplying by 365 will convert that to number of days.  Then you can count past  March 1 to find the specific date.
