I am proud to be joining the Purchase Line School District and plan to uphold the core values and standards the district has developed over the years.  I commit to enrich the environment and community in which we all teach, learn and grow to create optimal learning experiences for all.  Education is a life-long process and I look forward to listening and learning from all stakeholders here at PLSD.  I believe that students are placed at the center of all school-related decisions. 

As your principal I bring a diverse set of educational experiences. I was employed at the Punxsutawney Area School District, as a dedicated history teacher for twenty-two years.  I have held many officer long term service positions within the field of education including department head and president and member of the Brookville Area School Board.  Prior to joining the field of education, I worked in the explosives industry.

I am excited to utilize my diverse skills and experiences as a leader at the Purchase Line Junior/Senior High School, and to work with you as a partner in education to ensure your child's success. I am honored to be leading a building with such dedicated staff who are supportive of our school community, and know that I am very fortunate to be part of this district.

The relationships formed between families and the school are vital to the success of our students. I welcome and encourage you to become involved in your child's education and support their endeavors in every way possible.  I look forward to the 2024-25 school year.
